Join us in the beautiful and inspiring surroundings of the Bleddfa Centre for a day’s workshop with a trio of successful self-published writers, who will tell you everything you need to know to get started as an independent author.
Topics will include writing the best book you can, the editing process, designing your book cover, production and distribution, marketing and promotion, business models and how to generate a revenue stream.
Our experts are:
Former UK Ambassador of the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi) and the author of “How to Get Your Self-published Book into Bookstores”, and the novel “Trick or Murder?”, the second in her self-published Sophie Sayers Village Mysteries series.
Successful independent author, whose books include the Thomas Berrington Historical Mysteries set in the final years of Moorish Spain. The seventh in this series, “The Promise of Pain”, is due out this summer

The author of five self-published novels, along with a guide for independent authors entitled “How To Run a Free Kindle Promotion on a Budget”, Katharine also runs Heddon Publishing which works with other independent authors.
The event will be chaired by Caroline Sanderson, author, books journalist and Bleddfa Trustee.
